Biography:
Born on May 3rd, 1992, Shin Hyoseob was brought into this world with a struggle. His mother had been struggling to conceive with his father for numerous years since their marriage. Constant failure lead his parents to believe that they were infertile. However, one rare occasion gave his mother a chance. With some difficulty through the process, she delivered a very fragile Hyoseob onto Earth. As a child, he was quite sickly and weak, but soon made up for all of this by his overprotective parents taking extremely good care of him. By the time he entered primary school, Hyoseob was as healthy as any other child his age.

Being an only child, Hyoseob often found himself quite lonely, soon finding that surrounding himself with animals and school friends made him quite happy. It was around this time that he found a passion for different sports and one that always seemed to stick with him was Track and Field. Hyoseob loved to run, to feel the wind in his hair at high speeds and bursting moments. It was this realization that made him become quite a popular sprinter at the schools he attended. Although he was an athlete, bullying didn't escape him. Often teased for being short, or how dark his skin was-- sometimes left alone by classmates to isolate him. This grew as a darkness inside of Hyoseob which lead to him gaining a arrogant nature built up by years of bullying. Around the time he was in secondary school, he was a complete jock. Bullying came second nature to him and anyone that stood in his way or made him look bad became his number one enemy. These weren't Hyoseob's proudest moments.

The school system didn't care about that it seemed, and soon enough he was accepted into Yonsei University with a scholarship for Track and Field. Freshman year was a strange time. Hyoseob was pledging to Kappa Alpha Order, all the while mostly high and dabbling in other more dangerous drugs he probably shouldn't have. The hazing seemed to be the worst of the problem when his scholarship was threatened to be taken away by his coach after a random drug test. It was during this time that he met his now best friend Jay. Quitting the drugs and getting his act sightly together, Hyoseob decided to focus on getting his life together. He wanted to run for a living-- it was something he dreamed of. And as a backup, he'd do something else he was passionate about for the school. Film was something else he was interested in.

Everything seemed to be going well for him, all things looking good. Until the middle of his Junior year. A distant memory of the times when he was very ill became a sudden reality in the eyes of his life changing event. Hyoseob had suffered cardiac arrest at 22. This couldn't have been happening! Yet, it was. And it cost Hyoseob all of his energy, his entire track and field career and honestly, most of his personality. It was as if Hyoseob had become a different person after this happened. His dreams were crushed and suddenly his life took a turn he never expected. A heart attack can change someone more than they think.

It was during this time that he became quite close to the people around him. Hyoseob needed all of the support he could get.
